Brynllefrith Farmhouse
This fabulous semi-detached farmhouse is comfortably furnished and is situated on the owner’s working farm in the beautiful countryside of Glamorgan. The living room has within it an original spiral staircase and is south facing with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and hills. The dining room has patio doors leading onto a traditional, south-facing, Welsh stone flagged patio with beautiful views. The master bedroom is north facing and has breathtaking views over farmland and the valley below, the second bedroom is south facing, whilst the third is apex-style with beams.
Brynllefrith Farmhouse lies just outside the town of Maesteg, where guests will find plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops to choose from. It is close to the Heritage Coast with numerous beaches to explore. There is plenty to see and do in the area including walks through open countryside, forestry trails and bridleways. Other places of interest close by are Afon Argoed Country Park, Margam Park and Kenfig pool and dunes. It is within easy reach of the M4 corridor for Swansea and the Gower Peninsula and Cardiff. The town of Bridgend is approximately 8 miles away and has an abundance of shops. For beach lovers, Porthcawl beach is great for a walk, or for those looking for water sports. Margam Park is perfect for the children and there is the fabulous Go Ape High Wire Forest Adventure around 13 miles away. Afan Forest Park is a 48-square mile forest and is ideal for mountain biking and hillwalking trails. Shop and pub 2 miles, restaurant 1 mile.
