The Bothy is in the middle of Clun village. It's an old cottage, from the 1700s, and it's Grade II listed. It sleeps two people, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which is right. It's comfortable and clean, but it's old so mind your head on the beams.
The stairs are steep and narrow. That's just how they are.
There are two pubs in the village, both do food. The shops are close for basics. You have your own patio and you can use the big garden that goes down to the River Clun.
For walking, you can start right from the door. It's good country. If you want to drive out, Ludlow is about 20 minutes. Shrewsbury is maybe 40 minutes. Ironbridge is under an hour. There's horse riding and fishing nearby if that's your thing.
Inside, there's a big fireplace. There's WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's an electric vehicle charger.
