Twin Oaks is in Crudgington. It’s a village just outside Telford. The cottage is detached, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall. It’s got a good view over fields at the back.
It sleeps five across three bedrooms and a shepherd’s hut in the garden. The hut has a double bed. There’s one bathroom in the main house. It’s got a 4 Star rating. Everything is there and it works, but it’s not a show home. There’s a separate games room in the garden, which is handy if the weather turns.
You’re quite central for getting around Shropshire. The Wrekin is close by for a walk with a view. For a bigger day out, the Shropshire Hills are about half an hour’s drive. The Carding Mill Valley is up there.
Ironbridge is ten miles away. All the museums are there, like Blists Hill Victorian Town. Attingham Park is near Shrewsbury, about eight miles. RAF Cosford is about twenty minutes by car.
Shrewsbury town is nine miles. You can walk by the river or get a boat. Ludlow, which is good for food and has the castle, is about twenty-five miles. Weston Park is closer, about six miles.
In terms of what’s here: the garden is enclosed, there’s parking, and it’s fine for dogs, up to two. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. We can put a cot and highchair out if you need them.
