Fawn Lea Apartment
Fawn Lea Apartment is in Staindrop, in the owner's house but it's your own space. You've got your own front door from the side.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms, one is a double and the other has a single bed. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating which is good, it's clean and everything works. You can bring one dog.
It's on the edge of the village, about a five minute walk to the shop and the pub. There's a nice walk along the river right near the gate.
Raby Castle is basically in the village. It's a good day out. The market town is Barnard Castle, about ten minutes' drive. It's got all the shops and cafes. The Bowes Museum is there, it's a bit unusual but worth seeing. For a walk, Hamsterley Forest is about twenty minutes away by car.
If you want to go further, the High Force waterfall is maybe half an hour. Durham city is also about half an hour. Beamish Museum is a bit further, maybe forty minutes.
What's here: wifi, a TV, a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can store bikes.
