Dyke Heads Stable

Dyke Heads Stable is near Gunnerside, up the hill from the village. It's a small end of terrace. The views from here are good, right across the dale.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom ensuite. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well kept. The layout is a bit unusual. The bedroom is downstairs. To get to the living area you go up a narrow internal staircase, or you can use the stone steps outside to go in the first floor door.

The cottage is in Swaledale, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. You can start walks right from the door. Gunnerside has a pub that does food, about half a mile down the hill. The nearest shop is in Reeth, three miles away.

You're well placed for the market towns. Hawes has the Wensleydale creamery. Reeth has a good village green. Richmond has the castle and the river. All are within a 30 minute drive.

It has parking. There's a TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The owner can arrange a laundry service if you need it.
