Middle Cottage
Middle Cottage is in Thirsk, on a little lane just off the main square. It's a terraced house in a quiet courtyard. You wouldn't know it's right in the middle of town.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable. The heating works well.
There's a pub and a shop about a minute's walk away. The market is on Mondays and Saturdays. The square has a few independent shops and cafes.
Thirsk is good for getting out to both the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors. You can be in either in about twenty minutes by car.
Scarborough is about an hour's drive. Whitby is a bit less. York is about forty minutes south.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The garden is enclosed. You can park one car on site. No pets, sorry.
