Annie’s Cottage Milton Combe

This is Annie's Cottage in Milton Combe. It's a mid-terrace cottage in the old part of the village. There's on-street parking right outside.

It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's been done up nicely. Everything is clean and modern inside. There's a wood burner in the living area, which is open plan with the kitchen. The stairs go up to the bedroom and bathroom. It's a proper cottage bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The garden is out the back. It's a patio area with a table and chairs. It's enclosed, so it's fine for a dog. We take one pet.

You're right in the Tamar Valley, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For walking, you can just step out the front door and pick up a footpath. If you want bigger hills, Dartmoor is about a 15 minute drive up the road. There's a pub about 200 yards away that does good food. The nearest shop is in Yelverton, about a mile.

Tavistock is ten minutes by car. Plymouth is about twenty minutes. Morwellham Quay is an interesting historic port nearby. For a longer trip, the coast at Cornwall or South Devon is within an hour.

Inside, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. The parking is on the street directly outside the cottage.
