Burnside
This is Burnside. It's in St Andrews, up in Fife. The house is detached, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's a Three Star place, so it's comfortable and clean but not a show home.
The back of the house looks out over a bit of woodland with a burn at the bottom. It's quiet. You get a garden that's enclosed, with a patio area.
You can walk into St Andrews town centre. It takes about twenty minutes along the Lade Braes path. That brings you out near the university. The shops, restaurants, and the Byre theatre are all there. The famous golf courses are there too, obviously.
Closer to the house, you're about a mile from a local shop and a pub. Craigtoun Country Park is a short walk up the road if you've got kids. It's a good day out.
Inside, there's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. It's got WiFi and a TV. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can park on the drive.
