St Andrews Hideaway St Andrews

This is St Andrews Hideaway. It's a one bedroom place that sleeps two, attached to the main house, which is ours. We're up a quiet lane.

It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well kept. The bedroom has its own bathroom attached, which is handy. There's a small, enclosed garden out the back for you. You can park on the drive.

You can walk into town from here. It's a decent walk, about a mile or so, down to the beach and the shops. There's a path most of the way. There's a local pub and a shop about half that distance.

If you're here for the golf, it's obvious. The Old Course is just over a mile away. There are dozens of other courses around if you fancy trying somewhere else.

The town has the usual things: restaurants, a few museums, some shops. The beach is good for a walk, even if it's not always sunbathing weather. You can drive along the Fife coast pretty easily. Perth is about half an hour away, Edinburgh is about an hour, and Glasgow is maybe an hour and a half.

Inside, there's a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You're welcome to bring one dog. There's a bike storage shed if you need it, and a barbecue out the back.
