Lower Chinkwell
This is Lower Chinkwell. It's one of a few cottages at Wooder Manor, near Bonehill. It's just inside Dartmoor National Park, so you're right in the countryside.
It's a three-star place. That means it's comfortable and clean. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. You can bring two dogs.
The cottage is open plan downstairs. There's a small patio area too. It's all yours, but other cottages are nearby, so you'll see other people coming and going.
You're on the edge of Dartmoor. The moors start pretty much from the door. For a proper walk, you can drive to Haytor in about ten minutes. The National Trust look after a lot of the tors. Widecombe-in-the-Moor is the nearest village, about a mile away. There's a shop, a couple of cafés and a pub there.
Bovey Tracey is a short drive. It's a proper town with supermarkets. The Devon Guild of Craftsmen is there if you like that sort of thing. For a day out, you can get to Castle Drogo or Becky Falls within half an hour. The coast at Teignmouth takes about 45 minutes by car.
Facilities are standard: there's a TV, wifi, a washing machine, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage if you need it.
