Honeybags

Honeybags is in Bonehill. It's part of a group of cottages called Wooder Manor, right out in the Dartmoor countryside. It's quiet up here.

The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so expect comfort and cleanliness rather than luxury.

You can bring two dogs. The garden is enclosed, which is handy for that. There's parking right outside.

We're inside Dartmoor National Park. You can walk straight out the door onto the moor. Haytor is nearby if you want to climb the rocks. For a proper tearoom and some history, Widecombe-in-the-Moor is the place to go. It's about a mile's walk down the lane.

There's a local pub about a mile away. It serves food. Bovey Tracey is a short drive and has shops, cafes, and the Devon Guild of Craftsmen.

If you fancy a day out, places like Castle Drogo or the Dart Valley Railway are within half an hour. The coast at Teignmouth is about 40 minutes by car.

For facilities: you've got a woodburning stove, TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage if you need it.
