Hameldown
Hameldown is in Bonehill, on the edge of Dartmoor. It's part of a small group of cottages called Wooder Manor. You get your own patio garden area.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious. Everything you need is there.
You can bring two dogs. There's a washing machine, parking, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them.
The local pub is about a mile away in Widecombe. It does food. There's a shop and a café about the same distance.
You're right in Dartmoor National Park. The walking from the door is the main thing. You can get up to Hameldown Tor easily. Haytor is close by for a proper climb. For a day out, Castle Drogo or the Dart Valley Railway are about a half hour drive.
If you want the coast, Teignmouth is the nearest beach. It takes about 40 minutes to drive there.
