Brynich Villa
Brynich Villa is in Groesffordd, just outside Brecon. It's on the edge of a caravan park, but it's a detached house with its own garden. You get the whole place, the park facilities are just there if you want them. The views from the front are really good, right across the valley.
It sleeps twelve people in six bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen is big, with a table that seats everyone. There's a separate living room and a study if someone needs a quiet spot. The games room has table football and a table tennis table. The garden is enclosed.
Because it's on a park, there's a children's play area right opposite the gate. The site roads are quiet, but it's worth noting it's not a private road.
The local pub is about a ten minute walk. It does food. Brecon town is about a mile away. That's where you'll find the supermarkets, more pubs, cafes, and the cinema. The Brecon Beacons National Park is right on the doorstep for walking. Pen y Fan is about a twenty minute drive.
Hay-on-Wye is about half an hour by car. Abergavenny is roughly forty minutes. Cardiff and Swansea are both just over an hour if you need a city.
Facilities: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking for several cars. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. The entrance is level for wheelchair access, but you should check with us about the internal layout if you have specific needs.
