Right, so Ty Nofio. It's a converted barn on our farm, just outside Talybont-on-Usk. It's detached. You're on the edge of the Brecon Beacons.
It sleeps four, but it's all in one big room upstairs. There's a proper double bed, a single bed, and a single sofa bed. So it's a family room really, good for parents with kids. You get the place to yourselves.
Now, the main thing. Downstairs, in the living area, there's a swimming pool. It's a proper small pool, built into the room. You can have a swim whenever you like. There's a shower room next to it.
The stairs to the bedroom are a spiral staircase. They're metal and open. You need to be careful on them.
Outside there's a patio with a fire pit, a barbecue, and some of those hanging egg chairs. The view from there is across the fields to the Sugar Loaf and the Black Mountains.
You're on a farm, so we've got 34 acres. You can walk straight onto the Usk Valley Trail from the door. And because it's the Brecon Beacons National Park, it's a Dark Sky Reserve. On a clear night, you can see an incredible amount of stars.
The village, Talybont, is a couple of minutes down the road. There's a really good village shop and café, a bike hire place, and a few pubs that do food.
If you cycle, you can get on the canal towpath and go into Brecon, which is about five miles. Brecon has the usual town things: museums, the cathedral, cafes, and so on. For walking, you're right in the middle of it. The Brecon Beacons National Park site has all the routes. For a longer day out, Hay-on-Wye is about half an hour's drive.
In terms of what's here: all the bedding and towels are included. There's parking. There's the pool. The kitchen has what you need. We've got other barns too, so bigger groups can book a few together.
