Old Orchard Cottage
Old Orchard Cottage is in Goathill, near Sherborne. It's attached to our farmhouse. The house looks out over a lake.
It sleeps five in two bedrooms. One bathroom. It's a 4 Star place. It's an old building. There are beams and a big fireplace. The stairs are the original ones, so they're steep.
The garden is yours to use. It's mostly lawn and it gets the sun in the afternoon. You'll see a lot of different birds on the lake.
There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There is parking. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets.
A good pub is about a mile away, in the village. Sherborne is four miles. It's got a couple of castles and some interesting shops.
For a day out, the coast is about 40 minutes by car. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are that way. Poole Harbour is a bit further. The New Forest is about the same distance north.
