Apartment 5

Apartment 5 is one of five in a building in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. It used to be a pub. It's on a main road, so the main bedroom faces the back to keep the noise down.

It's a 3 Star place. It sleeps four. There's one bedroom with a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living area. One bathroom. It's basic but it's clean and it works. The people in the other apartments will be other guests, so you'll hear normal living noises.

You can bring up to two pets. There's no private garden with this one, but Apartment 3 has one if that's important. Parking isn't on site. There's a public car park a few minutes' walk away.

Burslem is a proper Potteries town. You can walk to local pubs, some independent shops, and places to eat. The history of the pottery industry is everywhere here.

A 15 minute drive gets you to the Trentham Estate. They've got gardens, a shopping village, and the Monkey Forest where the monkeys roam free. WaterWorld, the big indoor water park, is about 10 minutes away by car.

If you're here for the pottery, you're in the right spot. Middleport Pottery, the Gladstone Pottery Museum, and the World of Wedgwood are all close by. The market town of Leek is worth a visit too.

For a big day out, Alton Towers is about 35 minutes in the car. The southern Peak District is within about 40 minutes if you want proper walking and scenery.

Inside, it's open plan. You get a TV, wifi, a washing machine, and all your bedding and towels are included. The price covers your electricity and utilities.
