Wittle Cottage Quidenham

Wittle Cottage is near Quidenham in Norfolk. It's a detached place, set back on its own at the end of a track. You're basically in the middle of fields, which is the main point of it.

It sleeps ten, in five bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything is done to a high standard. It's a big, open-plan sort of house, good for groups. There's a wood burner for colder nights.

The garden is enclosed and private. There's a hot tub, a barbecue, and a tennis court. The grounds are large, about 16 acres. There's a big lake at the bottom of the meadow. You can walk around the cut paths. It's very quiet.

You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking for several cars.

The nearest shop and a couple of pubs are in the village, about two miles away. The Sainsbury's is in Attleborough, about seven miles.

For things to do, Banham Zoo is about ten minutes by car. Snetterton racing circuit is five miles away. Thetford Forest is good for walking and cycling, about half an hour's drive. Norwich is about 45 minutes if you want a city day, with shops and the castle. The Norfolk Broads start at Wroxham, which is about 40 minutes north. The coast, like Southwold or the North Norfolk beaches, is a bit further, maybe an hour or so depending on where you aim for.
