Bradcar Farm Cottage is on a quiet lane near South End in Norfolk. It's detached, so no neighbours on either side. The garden wraps around it, which is nice. It's sunny out the front in the morning then you can get shade round the back later.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main bedroom has French doors that open out onto a deck. Everything's modern inside but the building is 18th century, so the walls are thick and the windowsills are deep.
The place has got a washing machine and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking on the gravel drive.
The local shop is about two miles away. The nearest pub, which does food, is two and a half miles. For a proper beach, you're looking at 40 miles so you'll need to drive.
Snetterton race circuit is about ten minutes away. On a race day, if the wind's right, you can hear the cars from the garden. It's just a faint hum really. Thetford Forest is close for walking or cycling. Wymondham and Diss are the nearest market towns.
If you want to explore further, Norwich is under half an hour. It's got the castle, cathedral and good shops. The Norfolk Broads are about an hour's drive, around Wroxham. For local walks and days out, the Forestry England Thetford Forest site is useful. The National Trust Norfolk page has ideas too.
