The Bothy
The Bothy is a small, one-bedroom cottage in Great Hockham. It's a studio, so the bedroom, living area, and kitchen are all in one open room. It sleeps two.
It's got a wood burner in the main room, which heats the place up quickly. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The garden is enclosed, mostly lawn, with a table and chairs.
The village pub is about ten minutes' walk away. It's a good local.
For getting out, Thetford Forest is about fifteen minutes by car. Good for walks and cycling. Forestry England has maps and information. The National Trust's Oxburgh Hall is a half-hour drive and worth a look.
Norwich is 35 minutes away if you need a city trip for shopping or a meal. The coast, like Holkham or Wells-next-the-Sea, is about an hour's drive.
Included in the price are all utilities, WiFi, bedding, towels, and parking right outside. There's bike storage if you bring them. No pets.
