5 Pine Rise

This is 5 Pine Rise. It's a caravan on a holiday park just outside Poole. We own it privately so you rent directly from us, not the park.

It sleeps six, though two of those are on a sofa bed in the living area. There are two proper bedrooms, one double and one twin. There are two bathrooms, which is useful. It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean and functional. It's not a luxury hotel.

The caravan is detached. You have your own decking area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There's a lawn next to it. Parking for two cars is right outside.

You need to know it's on Parkdean Resort at Holton Heath. The park has its own pools, a play area, crazy golf, and things like that. You can buy a pass to use them, but it's separate and not included in our price. The park can be quiet or closed on weekdays in winter, so check their dates if that's when you're coming.

Inside, it's what you'd expect. An open plan living area with a kitchen, a table, and the sofa bed. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. It has WiFi and a Smart TV. Bedding and towels are included. We have a cot and a stairgate if you need them. There's also an electric vehicle charger.

Location wise, you're about a 15-minute drive from Poole Quay and the beaches like Sandbanks. The beach is good for swimming and sandcastles. You can get boat trips from the Quay out to Brownsea Island. It's a National Trust site, good for walks and seeing red squirrels.

Within half an hour you can be at Monkey World, Corfe Castle, or Bournemouth. Dorchester, with the Dinosaur Museum, is about 40 minutes. For walking, the Purbeck Hills and the coast path are close. The National Trust for Dorset site has plenty of ideas.

There is a local pub within walking distance. A golf course is nearby. Fishing is available locally.

We allow up to two pets. There's a charge for that.
