West View Henbury

West View is in Henbury, which is just inland from the Dorset coast. It's a detached bungalow, so it's all on one level. It's attached to our main house at the end of a long drive, but it's completely separate and private for you.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The 4 Star rating means it's comfortable and well-equipped. There's a large enclosed garden, which is good if you've got dogs or kids. You can let them out without worrying.

Inside, there's a proper games room with a pool table. It's a decent space if the weather turns. The main living area has a woodburning stove. We leave some wood for you to get started.

The location is good for getting places. It's about six miles to the nearest beach at Poole or Bournemouth. The Sandbanks ferry over to the Purbeck coastline is about a 20 minute drive. The New Forest is about half an hour away.

If you like walking, you can get straight onto the footpaths from the garden gate. They'll take you all the way into Wareham if you want a long walk.

There's a pub and a shop about half a mile down the lane. The pub does food.

Facilities wise: everything on the list is here and working. WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
