Baywell House is in Poole, on a normal residential street. It's a terraced house, so you've got neighbours on both sides. It's about a ten minute walk down to Hamworthy beach.
It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so everything works and it's in good order. It's comfortable.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. Speaking of which, we do allow up to two pets.
From the house, you can walk to Poole Quay in about twenty-five minutes. It's a proper working harbour. You can get boat trips from there. The chain ferry over to Studland leaves from Sandbanks, which is a couple of miles drive. From Studland you're on the Jurassic Coast.
Brownsea Island is in the harbour. The National Trust runs it. You can see red squirrels there. Details are on the Brownsea Island page.
For a bigger beach, Sandbanks is a short drive. It gets busy in summer.
Inside, you've got a separate living room and dining room. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking for one car on the driveway. Bedding and towels are included.
It's a straightforward house in a good spot for the beach and the harbour.
