Primrose Bale Cabin Dallas

Primrose Bale Cabin is near the village of Dallas in Aberdeenshire. It’s a straw bale cabin on a working farm. You're detached, so it’s just you and the fields. The views are good in all directions.

It sleeps four, but it’s all in one room. One bedroom, one bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating. It’s warm and well put together, but the layout is open plan, so it’s one space for sleeping and living.

You’ll see the farm animals from your window: sheep, goats, pigs, chickens. There are some wallabies and water buffalo too. There’s a play park and a games room for kids. For evening, you get a fire pit. There’s an honesty shack on site where you can buy meat from the farm, vegetables, eggs, and things like that.

The farm is rural, so a car is needed. For a day out, the Cairngorms National Park is about half an hour’s drive for walking and scenery. The Moray coast is similar. Findhorn and Lossiemouth are nice for a walk by the sea. If you like whisky, you're right on the edge of Speyside. Lots of distilleries are within a short drive.

For facilities: there’s a shower, a TV, WiFi, and an enclosed patio with a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a highchair. You can bring up to two dogs. You can book the other cabin next door if you’re a bigger group.
