Drifthouse is in All Stretton, Shropshire. It's one of six barns on a farm. If you've got a big group you can book more than one. We're talking three miles from Church Stretton.
It sleeps six, three bedrooms. Two bathrooms, which helps. Four star rating.
The main thing is the view. It's at the top of the group so you get a wide look across the fields and hills. The kitchen has a big breakfast bar facing the windows. The floors are stone. There's a wood burner in the living room.
The stairs are a typical farmhouse conversion sort. They're not a problem, just be aware.
You've got your own garden bit. There's a hot tub. Also includes bedding, towels, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi. Parking right there. You can bring two dogs.
The town, Church Stretton, has a Co-op, a few pubs, cafes, a Thai restaurant. There's a butchers too. For walking, Carding Mill Valley and the Long Mynd are right there. That's the main reason most people come.
Shrewsbury is about 25 minutes by car. The prison tour is popular. There's an independent cinema in the Music Hall, which is a nice building.
Further out, you've got Ironbridge museums, Stokesay Castle, the Stiperstones. Ludlow is about 40 minutes if you want a proper market town and food.
