The Beeches Shepherd Hut is on our farm, near Harleston in Norfolk. It's just for two people. It's all yours, it's detached.
Inside, it's one room with a kitchen area, the bed, and a small wood burner for heat. There's a proper shower room too, which is a bit of a luxury for a hut. The bed's a double with a memory foam mattress. We leave bedding and towels for you.
Outside, you've got your own fenced-off bit with a picnic table and a firepit. You look out over a field. We have a pony and a donkey in the next field, they're friendly.
A couple of things to know. The hut is on a working farm, so you might hear a tractor or see us going about. The Wi-Fi signal can be patchy out there. It's meant for a proper switch-off.
Weybred Lakes, which is a fishing spot, is about a five-minute walk up the lane. Harleston is a mile and a half away. It's a small market town with a few shops, a Co-op, and some places to eat. They have a market on Wednesdays.
If you want to explore further, you're quite central. The Suffolk coast, like Southwold and Aldeburgh, is about a half-hour drive. The Norfolk Broads is about the same time in the other direction. Diss is ten miles away and has a train station if you need it.
We allow one well-behaved dog. There's parking right next to the hut. Please use the firepit and BBQ responsibly.
