The Studio
The Studio is in Beckington. It's on the ground floor at the end of our garden, so it's detached and private. You get your own patio area with a table and a BBQ. It's well lit for evenings.
It sleeps two in one bedroom with a super king size bed. The bathroom has a shower. The main space is open plan, with the kitchen, a dining table, and a sitting area with a Smart TV. There's an electric fire for background heat. Everything's on one level.
The village is handy. There are three pubs within walking distance. There's a really good café just down the road and a farm shop with a restaurant. A mobile pizza van comes to the village hall car park on Tuesdays. There's also a fish and chip shop.
It's a good base for getting out. Frome is three miles away, it's a proper market town with interesting shops. Bath is about ten miles, so you can be in the city centre in under half an hour for the Roman Baths or just wandering about.
For days out, you've got Longleat, Stourhead, and Cheddar Gorge all within a 30 minute drive. Wells and Glastonbury are close too.
Facilities: WiFi, washing machine, parking for one car. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
