Marshfield Annex

Marshfield Annex is a one bedroom flat above our garage in Hoopers Pool. It's on a quiet lane off the main road. It's for two people.

The rating is 3 Star. It's clean and comfortable, not luxurious. You get what you need. There's a double bed, a shower room, and one open plan room with the kitchen, table, and sofa.

There's a small balcony off the living area. You can sit out there. The view is over fields. It's quiet.

You need to be okay with stairs to get up to it. There are thirteen steps from the driveway to the front door.

It's a rural spot. The nearest shop, pub, or restaurant is about two miles away in the village. There are footpaths and bridleways right from the lane, which are good for walks. You can bring two dogs.

Frome is about fifteen minutes by car. They have a market on Fridays. Longleat is very close, maybe a ten minute drive. Bath is about forty minutes away if you want a city day.

For things to do: Longleat, or the National Trust for local houses and walks.

What's here: WiFi, TV, washing machine, parking. All bedding and towels are included. There's a bit of bicycle storage undercover by the garage.
