Craigielea Cottage is near Frome, up on a hillside. It's an annexe attached to our house, but you get the whole downstairs to yourselves with your own entrance. We live in the newer bit upstairs.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both decent sized doubles, and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable.
You've got your own kitchen and a sitting room with a dining table. There's a terrace with chairs outside the front door. The garden wraps around the house and you're welcome to walk in it. From there, you can go straight into the fields.
The place was built in the 1940s, so it's not a new build. It's solid. The bathroom has Faith in Nature products in it, things like shampoo and hand wash.
Facilities wise: it's got WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We accept one well-behaved dog.
Frome town is a short drive away. It's got a lot of listed buildings and a famous arts festival in July. Bath is about half an hour's drive. You've got the Roman Baths there, obviously.
Within a 30 minute drive you've got Longleat, Wookey Hole, and Wells Cathedral. Glastonbury Tor is close. For walking, the Mendip Hills and Cheddar Gorge are nearby.
