This is Craigielea Cottage. It’s our place on the edge of Frome. It’s basically a big two-floor annexe attached to our house, which we built onto the back. You have your own entrance.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms, both look south. One bathroom, with a shower. The stairs go up from the kitchen to the living room and bedrooms.
It’s got a 4 Star rating. It’s clean and comfortable. We leave Faith in Nature shampoo and hand wash and things for you.
You have a terrace with chairs, and the garden wraps around the hillside. You’re welcome to wander around it. The back gate opens straight into fields.
Inside, there's a kitchen with a table, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Upstairs, the living room has a dining table and a TV. The WiFi works fine.
Frome town centre is a short drive away. It’s a good town for cafes and independent shops. The famous arts festival is in early July.
You’re well placed for days out. Longleat is very close. Bath is about half an hour’s drive and has all the Roman Baths history. Wells, Glastonbury, and Cheddar Gorge are all within 30 minutes or so. Stonehenge and Salisbury are about 45 minutes.
You can park right outside. We accept one well-behaved dog.
