The Ash - Arnolds Hill Wingfield

The Ash is one of two cottages on a farm on Arnolds Hill, just outside Wingfield. It's a converted farm building. You're right in the countryside here, with fields all around. The views are good.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's well done and comfortable. The main space is open plan, with the kitchen, dining and living area all together. There are exposed oak beams. It feels spacious.

Outside, you have your own enclosed patio area with outdoor seating. There's parking right outside. The other cottage, The Oak, is next door if you have a bigger group and want to book both.

The place is on a working farm, so you might see some animals. It's peaceful.

For getting out, you're in a good spot. Bradford upon Avon is a few miles away. It's a nice town by the river with a lot of history. Bath is about half an hour's drive. You've got all the Roman Baths and Georgian architecture there. If you head the other way, Longleat Safari Park is maybe twenty minutes away.

There are a lot of National Trust places nearby if that's your thing. Lacock Abbey is close, and Stourhead is a bit further. The countryside around here is good for walking and cycling.

Facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a barbecue for the patio.
