Eilian
Eilian is a glamping cabin in Norton, near Presteigne in Powys. It's one of three places on the same land. You're in the middle of the woods, so it's private and quiet. There's a stream nearby.
It sleeps five, but all in one room. It's basically a big bedroom with a sofa bed. There's one bathroom with a shower. The rating is 4 Star, which reflects that it's comfortable and well-equipped, but it's still a cabin in the woods.
The kitchen is shared with the other cabins. It's called the Woodland Kitchen. It has the basics, and they leave tea, coffee, and some cooking stuff for everyone to use. You have your own BBQ and a fire pit outside.
Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there. Electricity is included. It's off-grid in spirit, but it has the essentials.
The owners run courses sometimes, like green woodworking. You'd need to ask about that after you book if you're interested.
For a day out, Presteigne is the closest town. Hay-on-Wye and Ludlow are about a 40-minute drive. They're good for bookshops and food. The National Trust and Brecon Beacons National Park sites have information on walking trails. The Elan Valley and Wye Valley are within half an hour for walks.
You can book Eilian with the other two cabins if you've got a bigger group.
