Hoarstone Cottage
Hoarstone Cottage is in Broad Heath, in Mid Wales. It's detached, down a no-through road track. It's surrounded by fields and quiet.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable, not fancy but everything works.
There's an enclosed garden you have to yourselves. Inside, there's a woodburning stove which is the main source of heat, and it heats the place up well. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for your car.
You can bring up to two dogs. We also have a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The local pub is a short drive away. We're on the edge of a working farm, so you'll see sheep and hear birds.
Presteigne is the nearest town, about ten minutes by car. It's a small market town with a couple of pubs and shops. Leominster and Ludlow are bigger, about half an hour's drive. Ludlow has a famous food scene. Hereford is also within half an hour.
If you like walking or cycling, you can go straight from the door. There's fishing nearby, and horse riding can be arranged. The area is known for local produce like cheese and cider.
