The Golden Crown Suite is in Tarbolton, a village in Ayrshire. It's a different sort of place. It's one big, open-plan suite that sleeps four. There's one main bedroom area and the lounge chairs convert into single beds if you need them.
The main thing here is the spa. It's yours, private. It has a hot tub, a sauna, and a steam room. Robes are provided. You also get an 85-minute treatment each in the on-site treatment room, which is just next to the suite. There's a selection of ESPA products to use while you're staying.
Inside, it's all one space. The bedroom area has a large TV. There's a small kitchen with a dishwasher, and a little cocktail bar area. The decor is quite bold, with a lot of black and gold and green.
It's rated 5 Star. The accessibility is good, with a level entrance and walk-in showers.
You're about a ten-minute walk from a shop, a pub, and a restaurant in the village. The coast at Troon is about nine miles away, so it's an easy drive for a walk on the beach or a round of golf. There's local horse riding too if that's your thing.
For wider plans, the National Trust for Scotland's Culzean Castle is about a 20-minute drive south. Ayr and its beaches are about a 15-minute drive. If you fancy a day out, Glasgow is roughly 40 minutes away by car.
Everything is included: bedding, towels, electricity, and wifi. No pets.
