Sunshine Cottage
Sunshine Cottage is on Nether Burrows Farm, near Kirk Langley. It's a detached barn conversion, one of five places here on the farm. You get your own garden and patio. It faces south, so you get the sun in the morning.
It sleeps eight in four bedrooms. Four bathrooms too, so everyone gets their own. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and comfortable. It's part of a group of properties, so you could book others if you're in a bigger group. We're at the end of a mile-long track, so it's quiet.
The main living area is open-plan with underfloor heating. There's a wood burner for colder nights. Outside, there's a lawn, that south-facing patio, and a private hot tub.
Derby is about four miles away for shops and things. You're right on the edge of the Peak District. Carsington Water is close, good for walking and cycling. Chatsworth House is about half an hour's drive. So is Haddon Hall. The villages around here have decent pubs.
For facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, a cot and highchair. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there. No pets, sorry.
