Rathlin Cottage is near Cambridge in Gloucestershire. It's a bit confusing because the village is called Cambridge, but it's not the city. It's in the countryside.
It's a converted barn, detached, and sits in its own garden. You get good views over the fields. It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin room, and there's a family bathroom downstairs. There's also a separate shower room. It has a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The garden is a good size. There's furniture and a barbecue. The stairs are wooden and a bit steep, as you'd expect in an old building.
Inside, there's a wood burner in the living room. There's a sunroom that leads out to the garden. Facilities: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and parking right there. It's wheelchair accessible to get in, but the upstairs bedrooms mean it's not fully accessible for everyone.
You can bring one well-behaved dog.
There's a footpath right by the cottage for walks. The local pub is about half a mile away. Tetbury's about ten minutes by car for shops.
Within a 30 minute drive you've got a few big attractions. Berkeley Castle is close. Slimbridge Wetland Centre is about 15 minutes away. Westonbirt Arboretum is maybe 20 minutes. Stroud is roughly half an hour and has a good market.
If you want to go further, Cheltenham, Bristol, Bath and Gloucester are all within an hour's drive. The Forest of Dean is about the same.
