This is Sandringham Court, Flat 4. It’s a first floor flat in the old part of Swanage. It’s in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which just means it’s a nice area.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It’s got a 3 Star rating, so it’s comfortable and clean but not luxurious.
The main thing is the view from the living room. You can see right over the town and the bay, across to the Isle of Wight. You can just sit and watch the sea.
You’re right in the middle of things. The seafront, with the beach and the promenade, is about a five or ten minute walk down the hill. There are shops, pubs, and restaurants about 100 yards from the building.
For getting around, the Swanage Steam Railway is here. It goes to Corfe Castle, which is a pretty village with a ruined castle. You can walk a lot of paths from here along the Jurassic Coast. Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are a short drive away. There’s water sports about a mile from the flat if you’re into that.
The facilities are what you’d expect. There’s a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and bedding is included. You can park on site. No pets, sorry.
