Herston Rise
Herston Rise is in Swanage. It's a terraced cottage, Grade II listed. Sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's clean and everything works, but it's not fancy. The furniture is traditional. There's a wood burner, which is good in the winter.
You've got a small enclosed garden out the back. There's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi is there.
The location is handy. There's a pub and a restaurant about fifty yards away. A shop is 250 yards. The beach is about a mile's walk. It's mostly flat, so it's an easy walk.
For days out, you're right on the edge of the Dorset National Park. The Jurassic Coast is on your doorstep. Durlston Country Park is very close, good for walking. The Swanage Steam Railway is a short drive. If you've got kids, Monkey World and the Tank Museum at Bovington are within about half an hour.
We accept up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed, but check the fences are high enough for yours.
