Torsa

Torsa is on the Isle of Seil, just past the clachan. You cross the old humpback bridge to get here, the one they call the 'Bridge over the Atlantic'. It’s one of two properties on the same site.

The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it’s comfortable and well-equipped. The main point is the view. The windows look straight out over the garden to the water.

You can walk down to the shoreline from the property. The garden is shared with the other cottage here, but it's a big space. There's a patio area too.

There’s a pub and a restaurant about a quarter of a mile up the road. The nearest shop is a couple of miles away in Ellenabeich.

Oban is about a twenty minute drive. That’s where you’ll find the big supermarket and the ferry terminal for the islands. Boat trips from Seil itself are popular. Companies like Sea-fari Adventures or Sealife Adventures run tours out to see wildlife and the Corryvreckan whirlpool.

For a day out, you can drive to Fort William or Glencoe in under an hour. Inveraray is about forty minutes.

The facilities are straightforward. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. All the bedding and towels are included. No pets.
