It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed. The other is a bunk room with two standard bunks. The bathroom has a shower. The middle of the carriage is open plan, with a seating area and a small kitchen.
You have your own patio area with seating outside the carriage. Parking is right there.
The owner has a heated swimming pool, a hot tub and a sauna about three quarters of a mile away. It's available from March to November.
The village of Mendlesham is a mile and a half away. It has a pub, a post office, a shop and a bakery. Debenham is four miles, with a few more shops, pubs and a leisure centre.
If you're interested in the railway, the museum is a short walk away. They run steam trains on weekends in the summer.
For days out, Framlingham Castle is about a fifteen minute drive. The Suffolk coast, like Aldeburgh or Southwold, is within half an hour. National Trust Suffolk has information on a few local places.
