This is "The Nook", it's a stone barn at Dartmeet. It's detached, so there's no one else attached to your walls. It's for two people.
The view is the main thing. You look straight down the River Dart and out onto the moor. The clapper bridge is right there.
The place has a 4 Star rating. That means it's well done. It has underfloor heating, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and WiFi. There's a parking space and an electric car charger.
You're in the middle of Dartmoor National Park. You can walk out the door and be on the river path or up on the tors. The local ponies are often nearby.
The nearest pub is about five miles away in Widecombe. They've got a couple there that do food. The shop is further, about seven and a half miles, so you'll want to bring your basics.
If you want to drive out, Ashburton and Chagford are nice market towns, about a twenty minute drive. For a big day out, Castle Drogo is a National Trust castle. The Dartmoor National Park site is good for checking walking routes and weather.
One dog is allowed. The bathroom has a shower.
