Little Meadow is in Hexworthy, on Dartmoor. It's a detached cottage with its own garden. There's a small stream along one side of it.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. There's a woodburning stove for colder evenings.
The local pub is a few minutes' walk away. They do food. The West Dart River runs through the village. You can follow it straight out onto the moor for walks. Good for paddling in summer.
Widecombe-in-the-Moor is close. It has a couple of pubs, a post office, and the big church they call the Cathedral on the Moors. For a day out, Castle Drogo is about a 20 minute drive. It's the last castle built in England.
Tavistock and Ashburton are both market towns within a half hour drive for bigger shops. The coast at Bigbury-on-Sea or Dawlish is about 40 minutes away if you fancy the beach.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
