22 Queens Court is an apartment in Inchmarlo. It's on the first floor, surrounded by trees from the golf centre it's part of. You have a balcony that looks out over the golf course. It's quiet.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. The rating is 3 Star, which is about right. It's comfortable and clean, not luxurious. It's an open plan layout, so the living, dining and kitchen areas are all together.
You can take up to two dogs. There's parking right outside, and an electric vehicle charger. It has WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and TV. Bedding and towels are included.
The place is on the edge of Banchory. There's a shop, pub and hotel about half a mile away. You can use the restaurant and bar at the golf club here if you want.
For golf, the 9-hole Queens Course is right outside your door. There are plenty of other courses around, too. The River Dee is close by for walking or fishing. The salmon leap at the Bridge of Feugh is worth seeing.
Banchory is a couple of miles away for shops and places to eat. You're on Royal Deeside, so castles like Crathes and Drum are nearby. Braemar and Balmoral are a drive up the road, maybe 30 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. Dunnottar Castle is about 45 minutes drive, over by Stonehaven.
If you want the mountains, you can get to the Cairngorms or Glenshee ski centre in under an hour. The area is on the NE250 driving route if you're touring.
