22 Queens Court Inchmarlo

22 Queens Court is in Inchmarlo, near Banchory. It's a first-floor apartment in a quiet spot by the golf course. You're up in the trees, so it feels private. The balcony looks out over the fairways and woodland.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, all modern. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable but not luxurious. The living area is open plan. The balcony is a decent size, good for a morning coffee.

You're right in Royal Deeside. Good walking from the door, or a short drive to bigger hills. The River Dee is close for fishing. For castles, there's Crathes Castle and its gardens nearby, or Drum Castle. Further out, Dunnottar Castle on the coast is worth the drive.

If you want proper mountains, the Cairngorms are about an hour away. Glenshee ski centre is within an hour too, for winter.

For facilities, you've got the basics covered: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. There's parking right outside. The property listing says there's an electric vehicle charger. You can bring up to two dogs.
