Laird's Cast Banchory

Laird's Cast is in Banchory. It's right next to the River Dee, about 50 yards from the bank. You get a clear view of the river from the living room.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped. There's a woodburning stove for colder nights. The patio doors open onto the garden.

The town centre with shops is about half a mile away. There's a local pub within walking distance. Banchory has two golf courses, one is very close by. The area is known for fishing; you can arrange that with the owner if you're interested.

Crathes Castle and its gardens are nearby. So is Castle Fraser. Both are National Trust for Scotland places and worth a visit. Ballater is a short drive away. You can walk up to Lochnagar from there. Balmoral is also easily accessible for a day out.

Aberdeen is within half an hour if you want city things. It has good restaurants, the harbour, and museums.

For the facilities: it has parking, WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
