Beachlands
Beachlands is a first-floor apartment in Llanelli, on Millennium Quay. You're right on the coast here. The sea is basically across the road, about fifty metres away. You get a direct view of it from the main rooms.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after. The layout is open plan.
Being on the first floor, there's a flight of external stairs to get up to the front door. It's not a problem, just worth knowing.
Everything's included: bedding, towels, electricity. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Parking is on site. There's a kids' play area too. No pets, sorry.
A shop, pubs, and restaurants are within walking distance. The local golf course, health club and spa are about half a mile away.
You're on the Carmarthen Bay coast path, so you can walk or cycle from the door. For a big beach day, Pembrey Country Park is a 20-minute drive. It's a Blue Flag beach with a dry ski slope and lots of parkland.
Swansea and the start of the Gower Peninsula are about ten miles away. The National Trust Gower coastline is within half an hour. Further afield, the National Botanic Garden of Wales and Cardiff are both about an hour's drive.
