Woods Cottage is on the edge of Evershot. It's part of our old farm, but we don't farm it anymore. The lanes around here are quiet.
It's a 4 Star place for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom, all on the ground floor. It's been done up so it's warm and modern inside. You get the patio and garden to yourselves. It looks out over fields.
The village is about a ten minute walk. There's a shop and a pub there. The pub serves food.
You're in the middle of Hardy Country here. For walking, you can just step out the door. The wider area is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For a good beach, West Bay is about a twenty minute drive. Bridport is slightly closer.
Dorchester is seven miles away. Cerne Abbas is about fifteen minutes by car if you want to see the giant. Further afield, within about half an hour, you've got Abbotsbury, the Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton, and Weymouth.
Facilities wise, there's a washing machine, a BBQ, and parking right outside. Bedding is included. There's a cot if you need one. No pets, I'm afraid.
