The Cottage is in Weobley. It's a Grade II listed black and white building, right in the middle of the village. It feels like you're in the thick of it, but it's quiet.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one is a double and the other has two singles. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The main room downstairs is open-plan. There's a wood burner, which is nice when it's cold. The kitchen has what you need. The stairs are the original ones, so they’re a bit steep and turn a corner. Just something to be aware of.
You can walk to everything in the village. There are a couple of pubs that do food, a shop, and a restaurant. The buildings are all Tudor, so it's a nice place for a stroll.
If you like walking, the Black and White Village Trail goes through here. It's a 40-mile loop. You can pick it up in the village. There's local fishing and horse riding nearby too.
For a day out, Leominster is about ten minutes by car. It has a market and antique shops. Kington is about twenty minutes away. Further out, you can get to Hereford or the Shropshire Hills in under half an hour.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, a TV, and an enclosed garden with a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring two dogs. There's bicycle storage.
