Bramley Lodge

This is Bramley Lodge in Holme Marsh, Herefordshire. It's one of two identical lodges on the site, both detached. Ours is Bramley, the other is Willow. You can see them both on the booking site. If you needed to, you could book both together for a bigger group.

The lodge sleeps four. There are two bedrooms, both with super king beds that can be split into twins if you ask beforehand. One bathroom with a shower over the bath. It's all on one level, which makes it straightforward. There's an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen has what you'd expect: electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle.

Outside, there's a private patio with a table, chairs, and a BBQ. The hot tub is out there too, also private. The view is over fields. It's quiet.

It's a rural spot. The nearest proper town is Kington, about ten minutes by car. There's a small breeds animal park there, which is good for kids. For bigger shops and a wider choice of places to eat, Hereford is about half an hour's drive.

Hay-on-Wye is famous for books and its festival. That's about a twenty-five minute drive. If you head into Wales, the Elan Valley dams are within thirty minutes or so, which is a spectacular drive or walk. The area is good for walking generally.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. The property has a 4 Star rating. It's also wheelchair accessible at the entrance and has an electric vehicle charger.
