Oak Tree Lodge is in Holme Marsh, Herefordshire. It's one of two identical lodges next to each other. They're detached and on one level, so no stairs.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Both bedrooms have a super kingsize bed that can be split into two singles if you arrange it beforehand. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The main room is open plan. There's a kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, a fridge, microwave and kettle. The living space has a sofa and a Smart TV. WiFi is included.
Outside, there's a private patio with a table, chairs and a barbecue. The hot tub is private and looks out over the fields.
The lodge has a 4 Star rating. It's designed for accessibility, so there's a level entrance and wider doorways. There's parking right outside, and an electric vehicle charger.
You're about half an hour's drive from Hereford. That's your nearest city for bigger shops. Kington is closer, about ten minutes away. It has pubs, a few places to eat and a small animal park.
Hay-on-Wye is famous for books and its festival. It's roughly fourteen miles away, so about twenty-five minutes by car.
For walks, you're near the Offa's Dyke Path. Hergest Croft Gardens are well-regarded if you like that sort of thing. If you drive into Wales, the Elan Valley dams are impressive and are about an hour away.
Bedding and towels are provided. A cot and highchair are available. Sorry, no pets.
