The Stables is in Eardisland, which is a small village in Herefordshire. The property used to be actual stables, but it's a proper house now. It's detached and sits in our garden, so you've got your own separate space.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so everything's in good order.
Eardisland is quiet. There's a pub in the village that does food. The nearest shop is about two miles away, so it's worth coming with supplies.
We're in a good spot for walking. Offa's Dyke and the Black Mountains are within a half hour drive for a proper day out. The Walking Hills Herefordshire site has maps and routes. National Trust Herefordshire covers local properties.
Hereford itself is about 15 miles. Leominster is closer, maybe a 10 minute drive, if you want a bigger supermarket or a train station.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, wifi, and a TV. Outside there's a patio with a BBQ and your own parking space. There's also an electric vehicle charger if you need it. We've got a cot and a highchair if you're bringing a little one, and there's a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs.
No pets, I'm afraid.
