Cairnies Balgowan

Cairnies is a detached cottage in Balgowan, near Methven. It's rural but not isolated. You've got your own garden, which is fenced and private.

It sleeps six, but there are only two bedrooms. One has a king size bed, the other has twins. There's a double sofa bed in the lounge for the other two people. The stairs are narrow.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The living area is open plan. It's got WiFi. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site, right outside.

There's a hot tub. It's checked and cleaned between guests.

You can bring two dogs. There's a cot if you need one.

The cottage is 4 Star rated. It means it's comfortable and well-equipped.

Methven has a shop and a couple of pubs about a mile and a half away. There's a golf course close by.

Perth is about fifteen minutes by car. It's got all the shops and places to eat you'd need.

If you're sightseeing, Scone Palace is very close. Historic Environment Scotland has the details for that and Huntingtower Castle, which is also nearby. For walking, Walkhighlands is good for route ideas. The Cairngorms National Park is within half an hour for a bigger day out.
