This is Glenview, in Clova. It's a detached cottage, so you're not sharing any walls. You get good views of the glen from the front. It's quiet.
It sleeps six, over three bedrooms, and has two bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's well-equipped, not just clean. There's a woodburning stove for the evenings, and a hot tub out the back. The patio and garden are yours to use.
You're right in the Angus Glens here, so it's rural. There's a Glen Clova trail for walking straight from the door. For a proper mountain hike, Glen Doll and the forest are about a 20 minute drive up the road. You might see red deer. The local pub is a couple of miles away, they serve food.
If you want to go out, Kirriemuir is about a 25 minute drive. That's where the J.M. Barrie museum is. Glamis Castle is about half an hour away by car. For a day at the coast, Arbroath or Montrose are both within 30 minutes.
The place has parking. It comes with bedding and towels. There's WiFi, a TV, washing machine, dishwasher. You can bring two dogs. There's a cot if you need one. This place can be booked with the one next door if you're a bigger group.
